News about recruits Remy Abell and Nate Wells

oh I wondered what Nate Wells averages this season were.

too bad we didn't have 1 thread with all the updates!:cry::badgrin:

That was the greatest idea I have ever had.

It seemed like a good idea, but it turned into a long thread with multiple discussions regarding all the BU recruits and that made it harder to track their performances.

I liked the idea of having an update on a "sticky" thread as well. It was much easier to follow our recruit's games. Is there a way to have a "sticky" thread and lock that thread so we only have the stats from the recruits latest games etc?

He's also averaging a little over 4 blocks per game. I like the strides he's made compared to where he was a season ago.

2009-10: 5.8ppg on 47.6% shooting, 40%FT, 5.6rpg, 4.52 bpg, 1.84TO, 2.84 fouls
2010-11: 12.4ppg on 55.1% shooting, 69.7%FT, 9.9rpg, 4.1bpg, 1.25TO, 2.0 fouls

He has shown significant improvement in each statistical category besides blocks. I fully expect his averages to be even better by the end of the season.

Bradley's other recruit did not have as good a night.
Unofficial scoring had Donivine Stewart for 17 points for Limestone, but Washington clobbered the Rockets something like 62-29.

Another great game by Remy Abell last night. Louisville Eastern beat Trotwood-Madison HS of Trotwood, Ohio 75-55 at the State Farm Shootout at Bowling Green High School. Remy Abell was the high scorer with 20 points. Eastern is now 12-1, and with their win over #1 Jeffersontown on Friday, and the loss of the #3 school Ballard, Eastern should take over the #1 ranking in the state again.
