Whether you were for or against the firing of Les, one good thing has come of this situation:
There is a more open discussion of the (justified) reasons for the ever-increasing resentment towards the administration.
While posts on here are not in great detail, I am glad that people who care about the University are getting at least a taste of the inner-workings at the school. Since all most people hear about is the end, I'm glad that this ordeal has enlightened some of the means to the end. That way more people can make up their minds about whether or not the end is justified.
