Whew......I was afraid I didn't get the memo!

After all....it's BradleyFans.com......not BradleyOnly.com......and this is the Basketball Fan Talk forum. I figured it was the place to bring up the fact that someone had made a previous comparison between Carmichael and JP on this very message board.
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

It was me that brought up a comparision a while back, but it was a comparrison of the front line of BU vs ISU....and my thought was JP will be able to hold his own vs ISU and Carmichael....not saying he better or worse..just should be able to compete with them...
Hope so,don't think so. Wishful thinking please prove me wrong JP. Just don't get fouled.

Just finished watching the replay of the game last night.
What great spurts we had a couple times! Too bad it was so hard to put them away - mainly stupid turnovers that got NE under 10 after running out to a 17 pt. lead.

TB had an off night...if you call another double-double an off night.
Just didn't make a lot of those mid-range jumpers he usually makes.
DSE just looks really uncomfortable handling the ball in the backcourt and close to mid-court. He seemed to lose the handle a lot.

Very impressed with Mr. Lemon Jr. tonight - I usually get nervous when he touches the ball and pushes the tempo, but I felt more relaxed tonight, though he made 4 turnovers I believe, but 2 were the recipients of passes not handling it cleanly. He certainly knows how to score when he penetrates and drives to the hoop!

It's games like this when DSE and WL are feelin' good from 3-land that keep me believing that they are quite capable from outside, and that we DO have outside shooting. I know they probably won't make 40% for the season, but I can see 35% or so.

Overall, we pulled out a much needed win, and WL showed a lot of improvement and more poise at the point.
I'd say it wasn't quite our best performance of the year, but for the 1st time this season, we showed signs that we CAN be good - just need to sustain it for longer. Nice job Braves!!!

Anything with ISU is worse but I do agree in that the other topics are off base.
