64BU vs.63 USC Game Thread

wow, just wow. This team is gonna give us all heart attacks. But if they keep it up at least we'll die happy.

So if I understand this correctly:

Bradley doesn't rebound

Bradley doesn't game plan

No depth

Stupid plays

Terrible Coach

and, oh yeah, we're 4-0.
 
Y'all forgot to mention during the play by play that USC missed 2 huge FT's with 12 seconds left that would have put them up by 4 points instead of the 2 point lead which allowed Sammy to win it on 3 FT's.

Oh, and the Technical Foul was called on the BU bench but for those not listening on the radio, the BU Bench was on the other end of the play and the Tech was called immediately after the foul. Snell said he didn't hear anything from midcourt, how could a ref at the other end of the court hear anything? Almost as if the Refs were eyeing the bench and looking for someone to overreact with their bodies.

All we've heard Les preaching is Defense, Defense, Defense. I think it's time to spend a couple practices on the Offense and FT shooting. It's looking pretty pathetic right now.

Also, we all need to give AW props, he has taken a lot of bashing the last few days and today turned up huge on the FT's and a big charge late in the game. Couldn't of won it without him.

The thing about T's is unless, IMO, its over-the-top in-your-face-outrageous THAT late in the game you look at what had transpired UP to that point.

Was the coach riding the refs all day...was he warned 'one more time and we are ringing you up"....THAT late a ref has to understand the emotions of the game.

I'm sure JL did something......yell...throw a towel at his bench.....according to JL he said..."that was a travel." I'm sure he was loud.....but did he get in the refs face...show him up....I gotta feeling the quietness of the crowd probably hurt him. Noises they would normally be drowned out were heard...either way the ref has to understand the timing and guage the severity accordingly.
