I am really sick of watching him play....that is an unacceptable shooting stat for a big man. To miss layups at the rate he does as a 4th year player is just terrible. I don't normally criticize individual players much, but he just makes me sick with his horribly weak/terrible play.

JL says the Braves only go to the line 5 times 2nd half....15 1st
didn't like the bigs rbs....starting bigs only 5 rbs combined
mental errors ......missed lay-ups by the vets

CW did a nice job and willo continue to get time if he keeps producing
wc makes 19 FTs
this game should sting when they see the tape

Please, I've been accused of being in the mega-pro-Les crowd and the mega-anti-Les crowd in the same page in a thread before, don't worry about it :lol:

I really don't know who will be the leader, and we have a few games before Valley season to figure it out, but we need to find one by then. Earlier this season, with Sammy in, I felt comfortable in those close games. It sucks to be forced to fill that leadership role, but if we can't fill it, rebounding and turnovers won't matter one bit, frankly.

How do the bigs get more rebounds if they aren't in the game more? Did we play any zone tonight down the stretch?

We have to win this Saturday at home...no matter who plays.

Not me..I'm a solid meg-anti-les. I guess thats what you get when you hate mediocrity. :)

Agree a leader would be nice but will someone step up...

what did Woods do so impressive? 9 minutes....one steal...0-1 from the field
 
Great game Andrew Warren. Valiant effort by the Braves as they try to find themselves as a team while missing their MVP and leader (SM) and most talented player (TB).

Last I checked we were still 0-0 in the MVC with a few games left to gel before conference play. If we still s uck once conference play begins then I'll throw in the towel. Until then, I will continue to wear my rose-colored Bradley Braves glasses.

Like a lot of the rest of you, I've been a proponent of playing bigger. I'm starting to think otherwise, because the bigs don't add much ... if anything ... scoring or rebound-wise when they're in there. I give JP a pass because he's just getting his feet wet. I think he'll be a ton down the road.

Maybe we were going to get an at-large if we won this game. I'd say every MVC team not named WSU is playing for NIT seeding at this point.
