Positives/Negatives

Not you dog, you've been great lately, and I agree with everything you said. But in the past some people have been strangely silent after wins and voraciously loquacious after losses. I'm just looking for balance.

I have NEVER changed...always "been great"...just ask me. :)

My suggestion, not that you asked, is accept you will never have "balance" as you see it. Everyone is different....you won't change it. Hold true to how YOU feel and let others do the same no matter how much it irks you.

Everyone on this site is a true diehard BU fan and SOME are just more frustrated then others.....its that simple.

I say "keep the pedal to the floor" and absolutely BURY some teams! Who cares about their "feelings". I have a feeling WL doesn't!

I agree with this 100%. Somehow, among other things, this team needs to develop a killer instinct. Get a team down and then BURY THEM!

I counted 73 students in the "student sesction". Hopefully this puts to rest having any other games at the on campus sight.
Of course for a eiou game you minght draw 75!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

An NIT game may draw more......but that was probably just a marketing ploy to sell more PSO's. Nonetheless........it was said!

Not really. The non-student fans were just as embarrassing. No excuse for entering the arena at halftime, as dozens still were.

It also strongly reflects the overwhelming apathy surrounding the program right now.

Overall, the fans were pathetic across the board.

Actually, if you read any of the previous post, the reason fans were coming into the arena all the way up until halftime is that there were only 2 ticket windows open. We should actually be happy that BU has fans loyal enough to miss almost an entire half of basketball and still pay 15 to come in and watch half of a game. Wasn't the fans fault.

How long were tickets on sale before the game?

It also appeared that there was not enough credit card machines available as when people were paying via credit cards, the person at the ticket office had to leave the window to process the transaction. --really glad that I brought cash to pay for the tickets last night!

I try to look at these type of games just like pre season football or spring training. A way to learn about your team, try combinations and check a little where your team stands this early in a season.

Not having SM or Brown makes the overall evaluation difficult. But it did let Les and staff see what they would have with Prosser playing heavy minutes, seeing DSE play the 1.

The minutes from Prosser will be very big as we go forward, so will those from DSE. DSE did not seem like himself last night and 6 turnovers are not acceptable. But it is a learning time for those two. I am sure though that Les was not real happy to have to play Warren 38 minutes. But I bet he is happy that Prosser and Egolf can play together and Prosser will give him a very big solid body off his bench this season.

What I am very concerned about is the apparent attitude issue this program has again this season. It does not take a genius to figure out by looking at minutes played in an exhibition that Thompson and Milos are not buying into this program. To me the minutes for the players in an exhibition need to be about 15-20 minutes. Mix and match combinations. But last night was mostly 6 guys over 20 minutes and 18 for Lemon.

Anyway I am not a bit happy with losing ever, but Id really rather lose a game that means nothing and, I hope can be used as a teaching tool. I think it is very good to know that with all healthy, you can bring DD, Prosser, DSE and Lemon off the bench. That is 9 solid players.
