That is information that has never been publically known. Because Bradley is not a state school, their private financial records are not subject to the Freedom of Information act, and it's not likely to be released.

what he was "paid" is overshadowed by what he was worth to this school, and, given the LONG hours he put into his job, the actual amount per hour was a bargain.

But to sit here and read an "opinion" piece championing VH-B as if KK didn't share the same views and goals for BU is a joke.

So maybe I am on page with ya.

But then I think of this "opinion" piece and can sense some underlying agenda.

Oh, but wait... wait... err... no, no... errr... that's not what was meant. Not at all. The "fake-n-move". Stick the fork in and back-paddle and claim that wasn't what was meant.

The Nit-Pik-n-Gotchya crap going on this world anymore makes me want to puke. And the Drive-by Media steamrolling it.

        Mobbie --

You won last night... I fell asleep waiting for your response.

There is absolutely no agenda with this article... what agenda could I possibly have? You think BU or anyone outside our viewing audience cares what I say? And I wasn't implying that KK didn't exhibit the same values that VH-B has. Again, I don't know what happened with KK, and it doesn't much matter at this point. All I know is that if KK and VH-B have the same values and some of the same experience at the same points in their respective careers, I'd take the chance on VH-B before I'd hire from the outside.

DRU apologies in advance for taking your quote out of context.

Puppet= number 1 job requirement for the new AD.

Bring back the Hawk. JL and HH together again would be awesome.
What part of illegal don't you understand?

I'm with you Chico! In all seriousness, I would bet you that JL would also make one heck of an AD.

We are approaching what many of us consider the possibility of a pretty good b-ball team with all the great recruits coming in. I just hope that someone, "does not upset the apple cart."

IMO, three excellant suggestions for the new AD. My favorite is the Hawk. Nice post Chico.

Why would anyone think the Hawk would be a good AD?

Not saying he would or wouldn't but what qualifications does he have to fulfill that position?

I'll take a stab at this.. First off, I dont think this will happen, but I think that the Hawk would be a good choice for a number of reaons. While Hawk would lack the experience needed for the AD job, Hawk would provide a check and balance to the situation which I believe is very much needed. He has been a trustee so I am certain he is on a first name basis with numerous trustees at BU. Hawk would also have a degree of stability to the department as he is likeable and well known to everyone. He is also immediately identifiable with the fan base which would also help with fundraising activities.

OK Ben, The Hawk has my vote! Oops we do not vote.

At first I thought you meant Will Egolf liked the Hawk. He would no doubt. You're right HH is well liked but also well known which wouldn't hurt. Who don't we like if as you say that's all that matters.

Didn't KK and VH-B come to BU at about the same time? I'm pretty sure that they share(d) the same vision for BU. I guess it all depends on if the lady upstairs wants that vision to continue or not.

While we are throwing around nominations...another (used to be) internal applicant...how about John Searby?
